LOGISTICS

Storage:HAMLE Label Service, which owns a large storage area, establishes suitable storage conditions for adhesive and non-adhesive papers, as well as ribbons, through its air-conditioning system. It performs lot-based bobbin tracking using ERP Warehouse Management System and uses FİFO Management for stocking.

Packing:After the manufactured products pass through the quality and final inspection stages, they are packed based on occupational health and safety standards. Providing retrospective traceability is important for HAMLE Label Service. It has special applications for this.

Shipment: The products are shipped to the customer on-time and in undamaged condition, by outsourcing. In case the customers have urgent orders, it is ensured that the products are delivered in optimum time through express service.

TECHNICAL SERVICE

HAMLE Label Service knows that long-lasting problem-free use of the technology depends on regularly performing the periodic maintenances, as much as it depends on the quality of the equipment. When needed, it ensures that the required technical service and the spare parts are procured in a brand-independent manner, and does not leave its customers alone regarding technical service issues.

Correct product positioning: The most suitable product is presented the customer, through the sales consultant’s assessment and the guidance of the technical service.

Barcode printer installation and training: The Technical Service also gives technical training related with the usage of the printers to the customer’s related personnel while performing the installation of the printer.
